I eventually found myself with no money, no job, no purpose, no self-esteem, and no boyfriend. It was then that I was introduced to a life coach who taught me the words “codependent” and “narcissist.” Together, we explored why I found myself in this position and how I could change the trajectory of my life. As painful as it was to realize, I learned that I wasn’t setting any boundaries because I had no self-worth.
After a year of therapy, coaching, weight loss, professional development, travel, and more, the concept of The Enough Podcast came to me: I could combine my business idea of an all-encompassing program for twentysomething women with my experience of my own downfall. ‘Enough’ represents the self-worth and boundaries that I didn’t have - but needed. So, I would proceed with creating the business, and it would teach women to know that they are enough (worth) and to know when they have had enough (boundaries) in all areas of their lives: business, relationships, friendships, and more.
The Enough Podcast is carefully designed to bring content that twentysomething women would consider a resource in living their best lives in all areas. I am dedicated to helping the younger version of myself, and all of the women like her, to focus on what they want and create a plan on how to get it. Together, we can live our healthiest, happiest, most successful lives.
I currently work for The Baltimore Sun as a Media Sales Consultant, as well as SEPHORA as a Skincare Consultant. I also sit on 3 boards in my community. When I’m not working or podcasting, you can find me coaching a high school dance team, spending time with my 7 nieces and nephews, or (quite literally) traveling the world.
Thank you so much for being here - it means the world to me. I have big plans for this brand...The Enough Podcast is just the beginning!
